Refund Policy
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final once delivered or downloaded. By purchasing, the buyer expressly agrees that delivery is immediate and irrevocable, and any statutory cooling-off period for digital content is waived.
Refunds are not available for transactions for which any part of the payment has already been distributed as an affiliate commission or bonus. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that a portion of your payment may be distributed to third-party affiliates immediately upon successful payment.
If you do not agree to waive your right to a refund under these circumstances, do not complete the purchase.
Affiliate Program Payment Terms
Commission Payout
- Approved affiliates earn commissions for qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
- Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, chargebacks, or refunds.
- If a customer requests and is granted a refund, any associated commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.
Payout Schedule
- Affiliate payout requests are reviewed and processed within 72 hours of the request date.
- Payments are also processed every Saturday each week.
- A minimum payout threshold of $50.00 applies.
Payouts are made using the affiliate's selected payment method (e.g., bank transfer). Affiliates are responsible for keeping their payment details accurate and up to date.
Fraud and Abuse
Web2Power reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions that result from fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities, including but not limited to self-referrals, fake accounts, or spam traffic.
General Financial Terms
Web2Power uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. By purchasing from or earning through Web2Power, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of these processors.
All prices and payouts are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Earnings are disbursed to partners who have achieved a minimum of 100 personal points and attained the rank of Gold Partner.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
All disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page with the latest effective date.
