User Agreement

Access to the infrastructure requires explicit agreement to these Terms. Agreement is confirmed by checking the authorization box or clicking the agreement button during account registration or user login.

Proprietary Rights & Usage Licenses

Proprietary Infrastructure: All architecture, engine logic, and content created by Web2power remain the exclusive intellectual property of the platform.

Third-Party Assets: Any resources licensed from third-party providers are governed by their respective licenses. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer these assets outside the permitted scope of the platform.

Data Privacy & Encryption

We utilize advanced encryption protocols to protect your data. We collect specific personal data (Name, Email, IP Address, etc.) to:

Prohibited Use

Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of access.

Operational Stability & Limitation of Liability

Web2power is provided on an “as is” and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and operational stability, the platform does not guarantee 100% availability of any specific engine or tool at all times. Use of the infrastructure is at the user's own risk.

Refund Policy (Digital Assets)

All digital asset deployments and purchases are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital resources and the waiver of cooling-off periods, refunds are not available.

Refunds are strictly prohibited for transactions where any portion of the payment has been distributed through the Partnership Framework.

Partnership Framework (Settlement Terms)

• Earnings: Partners earn rewards for qualifying ecosystem growth generated through their unique identifiers.
• Settlement Schedule: Withdrawal requests are processed within 96 hours.
• Thresholds: A minimum settlement threshold of $50.00 applies.
• Requirements: Eligibility for disbursement requires a minimum of 100 personal points and the rank of Gold Partner.
